Natasha Wiggins, MSW, LSW, LICDC, QMHS
Whether you’re navigating mental health or recovery, working through past experiences, or simply trying to find your footing, I’m here to meet you where you are. Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially when you aren’t sure where to begin. You don’t have to have all the answers before you reach out. This is a process.
I have worked in behavioral health and recovery since 2016 and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I support clients through a variety of concerns, including substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and other challenges that can make life feel overwhelming.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to listen, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work alongside you toward the changes you want to make. I use approaches such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and relapse prevention based on each person’s individual needs.
Available both in-person and online.
I specialize in mental health skill building and alcohol and drug recovery.
I see individuals, couples and families .
